is there anyone in the company that can help me!

<p>i need help from an FNB agent to help me with a reversal of a debit order that went off my account twice that they said they will help me with and they havnt because the money hasnt reappeared in my account, its a week later and can someone from FNB tell me why they are using such a ****py system that doesnt allow you to track what has been going off your account when you do the transaction not when the company decides to bank it because this is starting to affect the way i handle my account and this doesnt allow me to track my transactions the correct manner and it always gives you the wrong amount that truely is in your account! Also their call centre is horrible, they always transfering you to the wrong department and if the line cuts tey dont call back, you have to go through the whole system and telling of your story again, and again and again, wasting your own airtime and minutes while doing this, FNB client care and their services have become ********** and banking with them is like pulling teeth, yanking your hair and getting your fingers broken all at once! i dont know what happened to such a good bank.... really.</p> <p> </p>
