Is the FNB Mortgage protection plan even exist or is it a ****

I app**** for mortgage protection plan together with a home loan in February, the home loan is active but till today the mortgage protection is not, i went to carlswald last week thursday and the called Michael said he sent an email to request action and it will be active in the next 24 hour and i will receive an sms which never happened till today.yesterday i did a follow up and i was sent from pillar to post and wasted my minutes as it seems like this department is a **** it doesnt exist all i was asking was for them to send me a copy of my policy if its active, today i have been calling since 8am samething and very rude consultatants who even hangs up on me ,please get someone to call me ASAP andalso send the policy document ifactive and if is not active tell me ill look for other and better service providers
