Is my money save with FNB ?

I love FNB it s the only bank i have been with since the beginning and in terms of everything service and banking tools i know its the best bank . The past few months my wife started see debit order for 119 from TALARABIAN<ID Number>and she has called FNB for assistance and she keeps being informed that sh can reverse the debit order. Today this has happened to me and i goggled the debit order description TALARABIAN and clear tons of FNB customers have this issue.

WHY DOES FNB ALLOW DEBIT ORDERS TO GO THROUGH FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT CONSULTING WITH ME? why is it okay that someone can take money from an institution that i have trusted to secure my money and clearly is failing its customers and protecting the ******** ? I am really uncomfortable and also very concerned that if a person can deduct a small fee like 119 what are the possibilities of taking out all my money and savings ? Is my moneyreally protected here ?
