Is my money protected with fnb

Last month June , I realized 2x R29.90 was debited by uberideza. I never requested a ride nor did anyone in my family . I then removed my card details from Uber app & deleted them . Last night R29.90 still gets taken from account, how so when I am on cash basis with them . Is my account not protected from such ? I need that money credited in my acc as they don’t have any authority to debit my acc , that is *****. Logged a query on online secured chat but instead my card was cancelled. I feel ****** by fnb , how do u allow ***** to happen in my account when I am on cash basis
