Is my account really mine?? I don't even have a say what happens in it.
Why don't I have authority over my account, I pay the monthly fees, but I can't decide what happens. Why?? Why if a debit order was wrongfully deducted and I want to stop it I get told to contact the service provider because they have blocked it, is it their account, or mine?? This is unacceptable honestly!!

28 Jan 2026, 11:33Thank you for your reply. This complaint however was not about me, it was about my husband whom is at the same bank, Riaan Kuhn. I did type his name etc at the bottom but doesn't look like it is there.
So the problem is still there.
