IS IT UNFAIR TO EXPECT FEEDBACK ON THE STATUS OF A DECEASED ESTATE?

FNB Fiduciary and its Menlyn branch: Is it unfair to expect feedback on the progress of a Deceased Estate? All documentation submitted August 2023. Very little to zero feedback from bank. In April 2024 when I miraculously succeeded in reaching someone, it seemed as if all docs submitted were not on file. I did receive acknowledgement of receipt after emailing docs again. Since then, silence. No response to emails and phone numbers go to voice message that they're not available.
