Is it really free or they just want to buy into their products

So it's either am slow or just plain stupid. When I went to the moruleng branch to order my card I was told to do it online it's free. Which was not the first time I hard that statement so I went ahead and did it online. Then my card took forever to reach me after more then three weeks of waiting for my card I went to the branch to get a card I could use in the meantime I was given a temporary card that expired after 30 days...... ? Then I received an sms from fnb saying my card will expire soon. I then went to the vosloorus branch where I was told I needed to get a new temporary card that won't expire at the same price as the previous card I had which was R90. So in my mind am asking myself why was I not offered this when I got my first temp card??! Then I finally track down my card only to find out it was delivered at the the moruleng branch in April and they did nothing to notify me that I my card was there...... ? Then ****er came when I saw that fnb had charged me for the card replacement which I was told it was free another R140 gone without any valid reason....... ? ? ? ? ? It's really concern to me and my money when fnb starts doing things like this
