Is fnb trying to take my money and ***** me

I had sent my self an ewallet of 3000 and it went of my account 2 times .i tried to withdraw it said incorrect number or pin i refreshed the pin but same outcome .i can not take out the funds .i tried contacting fnb and always get cut off but till date it has not been refunded into my account
