Is FNB the real bank?

Everytime I need my money from my investments in this bank irritates me. I submitted the claim documents on Wednesday and I was told they will take two business days to process. Never even got an aknowledgement and I'm still in the dark. We having a funeral tomorrow the 16/06/20 and I am so frustrated. I hate this bank. I really hate it.

I just need some sort of an sms or a call so that I know what is the matter with this bank.
