Is FNB the Best Bank to Invest one's Hard Earned Money

Have an Investment with FNB for over a year. 1st time been "*****ed" by FNB Investment! This month's Interest received (And adding an extra amount to it), WAS LESS THAN LAST MONTH INTEREST WITHOUT THE EXTRA AMOUNT????)Since Friday and today, spoke to soo many people, and all they do is "CUT YOU OFF FROM THE CALL" OR PROMISE TO PHONE BACK" WHICH NEVER HAPPENS. Please is there someone that still has Compassion to assist a 71 year old Pensioner, as this is our only Surviving Income
