Is FNB really going to help?

Im dreading that ive upgraded my Bank account with FNB. I should rather of moved to another institution. After upgrading back to Premier ive noticed i cant access any ebucks. The ebucks website says in dont have any FNB premier accounts. The reason i upgraded was to earn ebucks again. What is happening? I cant message on the FNB app as no banker is getting back to me. this is really frustrating.
