Is FNB Private banking a thing?

Guys, I’ve been trying to get through to private banking 3 days in a row now! What the hell is going on? Starting to wonder if this even exists anymore. I’ve called cell phones and left messages. On hold as I type this complaint

Seems the only way I can get through to Private banking is through complaints on hellopeter.
