IS FNB HOMELOANS DEPARTMENT OPERATIONAL??????????????

It seems that the bond/home loans department is none existing at FNB except for payments that is. We have requested to received our bond statement on a few occasions, but still no statement has been received. we also inquired about the available balance on our smart bond and again no response. I would really appreciate some sort of action or response.
