Is FNB for real???

After having a gold FNB credit card for decades with e bucks linked I find the ebucks card doesn’t work at merchants. Go to FNB SANDTON CITY to get told I must purchase a card at Checkers (from whence I had just come). Return to Checkers to be told that they do not sell them since 2018! Why would a client have to go to a supermarket to buy a bank card???? Please tell me. I’m astonished & infuriated.
