Is FNB ***** department functional

Can someone from FNB please call me. I am tired of calling and being transferred everytime I call. I hold for more than 30 minutes and the calls cut after that. PayPal refunded Fnb an amount they deducted from my business account on 3 November 2023 and Fnb still hasn't refunded that to my account. I have spoken with several consultants some who assured me the refund will be done in 72 hours but its weeks and I am still waiting. Not an efficient department to deal with I must say. Today I spoke to 4 consultants all not able to tell me what's going on. I hope someone in FNB can be able to sort a simple issue outstanding from 3 November 2023.
