Is FNB debt systems up to date?

I have been under debt review since 2014. Since 2017 I gave battled to get a reconciliation in Excel format out of FNB; the last request was November 2024, which has been ignored by FNB again. The two accounts that were settled: when I pointed out to FNB that they over deducted on the totals, FNB was quick to issue letters confirming accounts paid up, no reconciliation done or refund offered. The so-called debt review company was a 100% subsidiary of FNB, needless to say, this debt review company stuffed up big time. No response either - probable took a leaf out of FNB book. I lost track of the large amount I was owing FNB, yet something does not make sense. I am tired of dealing with bruised egos of faceless e-mailers, not once has FNB contacted me to inform me that: a.) no payment was received the last two months; b.) they are attending to the queries as raised. The problem is FNB will frustrate a person like me should I approach the courts. One of the avenues is this platform where one can make other people aware of unsound business practices by big business. FNB customers beware - they are taking more monies from you than u are aware of!
