Is FNB Covid 19 relief fund a ****?

It is with great disappointment that i find myself having to write yet another bad review about First National Bank. On 13 May i had written on this platform after i (now regretably) decided to accept the Covid 19 relief fund!! After more than 10 phone calls and bank visits to try and get some clarity about how exactly the Covid 19 relief fund works (which the bank itself does not seem to know) I am no closer to having any clarity. The fund (loan) was very quick to be set up/ACTIVATED into my account showing what amount i am now in arrears and what my monthly installments would be however ZERO information/ payments or transaction history showing exactly what products they are paying. In fact the first thing i received this morning is a email to say that my credit card is NOT PAID BY FNB and that i need to contact *** and let them know what the problem is and that double the amount NOW is due!!!!!!?????? FNB is this some kind of a joke?????? I need answers and i need proof that you are paying these products and that you are not charging me MONEY (as you have been) for failed transactions. As it stands with me today it seems that this Covid relief fund is in actual fact a **** and that i have been ********** by my own bank?? Do i need to take Legal action against FNB? As your customers we DESERVE to know what exactly is going on and why if you are giving us a LOAN stating quite clearly in phone calls (that i have recorded) that you are paying our FNB PRODUCTS to give us the relief of not earning a salary....WHERE IS THE PROOF??????? WHERE ARE THE PAYMENTS!!!!????You clearly have not paid anything? WE NEED ANSWERS AND WE NEED THEM SOON!!
