IS FNB CLOSING

I would like to find out if FNB are going to be closing or are they short staffed or do they just not want to assist their customers?

I sent an email on the 24th November regarding a claim, I have yet to have any feedback and everytime i phone i get asked if i have submitted documents and then get told it has been handed to the assessor.

SHOULD FNB NOT CONTACT ME I WILL GO TO THE BANKING OMBUDSMAN AND I WILL BE TAKING THIS FURTHER. YOU ARE TREATING YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE A JOKE.

I AM SO TIRED OF FIGHTING WITH THIS BANK OR TRYING TO GET A RESPONSE. FNB SHOULD BE EMARRESSED OF THEIR ENTIRE ATTITUDE.
