Is FNB able to do payments ???

<p>I have tried now for 2 days to make a payment with pay and clear and nothing. I am a private client and no one can help me. i have called FNB 15 times and keep getting transferred and told they are unable to help me. </p> <p>If you cannot live up to your promises on pay and clear dont make them. </p> <p>Will i now have to double check every payment i make cause it might go through or it might not go through? </p>
