Is fnb a \mafia"bank? """

I woke up this morning to a sms confirming a deposit that I was expecting on behalf of my mother and moments later another one for a debit of almost 10k.... I'm not in good standing with one of my accounts but does that give the bank the authority to do as they please in my account. I don't work, which is the reason I'm at default and I have been paying the best I can, but now the bank has left me in more debt and trouble than I can afford!!! They acting like mafias- they want what is theirs regardless of the implications it will have to the next person.... I have been sent from pillar to post trying to get help and a solution but ended spending the money I don't have making calls and no solution..... My question, if your client is going through a difficult time financially, they must just stop banking with you because this behavior clearly doesn't imply that you have any consideration for your customers who are going through a difficult time ?????
