Is Ebucks a ****?

Hi have accumulated a lot of Ebucks. Try as I might, I can't redeem them and no one is able to help me. I have tried everything short of Donating a kidney and making a sacrifice to the gods. I am not saying that Ebucks is a **** and I am not saying that it isn't Can someone please just sort this out.
