Irritated customer with terrible assistance taking more than a month to help me

Wish I could give negative stars. You call them to cancel an account, I send complaint message about the cancellations not happening, feed back etc... , I then finally get an email that they are working on it "+-5 business days and payments will be reversed and account closed". Great to hear. I then send followups, complaints etc... as nothing is happening and no one is assisting me. 1 month later they decide to now only try assist me but now there is two payments done and now they say they cannot reverse either. This is ******* as I have proof they said they will reverse. I expect them to reverse the last payment no questions asked as this was their error and issue for not assisting me it a timely sufficient manner. I will pay half the amount back as advised in my last corresponding email and please respond to my email with what I requested for
