I've been trying to update my cellphone banking limits for the past two days and these people are taking me pillar to post. I updated my limits on cellphone banking and it says it's successful but I still cannot make payments. When I call the call centre they try sending me the authentication sms but I'm not receiving it. After they can see that I can't get the sms they hang up. What type of service is this ...
