Irresponsible FNB behavior

I still have a pending ***** case where FNB only is willing to pay 25% as goodwill because I unintentionally gave online ********** my card details... Here is the twist... My credit card expired and after my online nightmare received calls from takealot which I didn't answer at first because I didn't order anything from them... After my husband informed me that the call was from FNB (because they phone him to inform me) i answerd and a date was set for delivery... They never pitched and the next morning I received a excuse call and was informed they will only be able to make a appointment for delivery the next week. An hour later I received a call from the delivery guy telling me he will ma delivery later that day. 12:50 he phoned and said he is at my workplace and will leave my CREDIT CARD at the SECURITY GUY!!!! I was shocked!!! I asked I he wasn't suppose to confirm my ID ect. And he said he can do that telephonically... I insisted he wait and at thr gate he gave me my envelope and I gave him my ID after one look he handed it back and drove off... How is that SAFE? I am responsible and FNB did this? How is this fair? I feel even more insecure.
