Irregular fee collection tendencies

i hold an account with fnb. FNB has initiated some ridicolous fees for debit orders that returned unpaid. Firstly, this is inconsistent as i have had a debit order return unpaid and no fee was charged on my account. Secondly, looking at my statement I do not get how the figures mathematically add up to the R599.61 that my account is said to be in a negative balance of. There is an item as ff: #ITEM PAID NO FUNDS 1 ITEMS ON 17/08/ - I do not understand what the item is for and its a charge of R110.

Thirdly, if fnb is so in control of my money affairs and believe they must punish me, why do they also offer monthly loan before all my debit orders which are in their mighty control have gone off. And just to clear the air, I am in control of my finances and I am in touch with my service providers, those deductions are not even debts (which in any case would still be my own business).

This is ridicolous and inconsistent, this is too much and does not help much with my cashflow, FNB i believe just wants me to be indebted to them forever. This is is a desperate stunt to take away money from a customer.

And while at it, please get me a sales consultant to downgrade my premier account to just a standard cheque account, with lower monthly account fees. I am not a premier banker, you can take that status all the money goes to you.

And lastly get me another consultant who can delete me permanently from your instant monthly loan oadverts & offers.
