Irrate

I reported the ***** case the response was quick but I'm not happy with the resolution,only a few transactions were refunded and I'm still left with bank bank charges accumulated from these transactions.Last transaction I did on my account was on the 26/03/2025 all others from the 28th I absolutely have no idea of.After I blocked my card the transactions continued
