Irate customer

I wish i could open an account with another bank, difficult to get assistance. anyone gets to debit our account how they wish and you cannot reverse aunthioorised debit order via cellphone/online banking on the app. no assistance telephonically and on the secure chat as well. this is tiring that one go to hellopeter to get assistance i hate this bank. they only care about their benefits not the customer.
