Irate and disappointed

I switched from Capitec to FNB in April this year and ever since, my banking has been a nightmare. Firstly, not all my debits were switched leading to debit orders bouncing and nasty calls from companies. The consultant at the branch did not switch my FNB home loan as well, this led to FNB bombarding me with collection calls even after I physically transferred the money to the home loan account myself. After back and forth communication and a waste of my time going into a busy branch, the matter was resolved. I then booked plane tickets on line only to find out that I cannot get discounts due to my home loan being in arrears, this is not the case, my home loan is up to date. When I called the eBucks to clarify, they advised that I call premier account department or home loan department, which I did on Friday 26 July 2019 , after almost an hour, the call was disconnected, I was on the call with Thokozile Mabena CRM***. I called again on 30 July 2019 and for 30 minutes I was sent from pillar to post, the line was then diverted to I don't know where, where I had to relay my complaint again for the umpteenth time. From there I was diverted to the collections department where I spoke to Lebogang Moloi who still needed to investigate and will get back to me. I do not trust that.

When I switched over to FNB, the advert I was responding to promised R2000 to all new Premier account holders, but when I queried this, I was told by Pinelands branch manager that no, only those who app**** on line were actually illegible for the amount. The sms did not state that.

I am currently very irate and disappointed. I have never been treated like this by any company, I feel so unappreciated and even thinking of moving my account.
