Iphone Banking App not working. HelpDesk's phone lines neither

Iphone Banking App not working. HelpDesk's phone lines neither. Very frustrating when the app is not working and i have payments to make. So i cannot get my OTP in the app to make any payments.

And when you call the support center the line is so broken up i believe i magically called an alien race on a different planet who speak in one syllable per hour.
