ON 14 DECEMBER 2024 I PAID A SETTLEMENT AMOUNT WHICH WAS GIVEN TO ME BY EMAIL FROM FNB TO THE AMOUNT OF 135,55 ZAR. Today (21 December 2024), I received another threatening letter to immediately pay 69ZAR to avoid legal costs.

Now please FNB, I honestly do not understand. You received the email with the closing balance proof of payment and still, you try to ****** money from me!!
