Investment taken under "false Pretences
A consultant opened an account and misinformed us regarding the charges if an investment was made ,in other words the investment was taken under false pretences .FNB refuse to refund the charges even though it was admitted to us it was their error

11 Jul 2025, 18:45The reply I received from FNB was totally unacceptable and their action totally *********, as their consultant promised one thing and they change their cost policy in midstream, if it was possible I would close all my accounts with them with immediate effect as they have proved dishonest ,but this is not possible as they are fixed term investments
