investment for club

On the 7/12/2021 i want to fnb Wood bridge branch together with other signatories to make 32 days from our investment club.We attended by Prashanta team leader and told us that they no longer do notice at the branch.She promised us that will be phoned by someone after 2 hours to help us with the notice and unfortunately no one contacted me until on the 08 December when my wife intervene by calling her back for follow up at around 13.45 and that was when Prashanta phone me where she gave me call center number to call and make an inquiry.To my disappointment,the lady i phoned told me to go back to the branch to be assisted as she alleged that fingerprints need to be verified first.Sad part we took day off on the 07th specifically to go and make notice
