Investment denied

This is probably the worst bank I've been with to date. Services are terrible in all shapes and forms. I have a private retirement that I want to discontinue and withdraw all my savings. I was told to wait for 14 business days to receive it. I called a week earlier to confirm if all is still in order, I was given an assurance with a date. The date came and there was no money in my account, I called to check, I was told it will reflect later or the ff day. There was still no money the ff day, I called again, this time they told me I should wait 40 business day. Mind you, I am not talking about thousands of money here for them to keep me waiting for this long. When I request to speak to their manager, they keep telling me they are all in meetings. As I write this, it's been 3 hours since they said they will call me back. I am so fed up with this bank, I have been a very loyal customer for years now and they have never offered me any help instead they charge you for every stupid thing that they can't explain when you require answers. All I'm getting is a stupid apology when all I want is my money that I want to use now yet I'm denied access to it.
