experience ever, l logged a an investment withdrawal complaint since the 28th of November 2023, when l thought everything is fine after the investigation where done early last month ,my queWorstry has been partial resolved ,l instructed that my funds to be transferred to my standard bank but that was not the followed ,some of the funds were transferred to my FNB account on the 20th of January 2024 and I then called FNB to query about the rest of the funds ,l was advised that the rest of funds have been transferred to my standard bank account and i must wait for 3 business days for my funds to reflect on my standard bank account . To this date the funds have not reflected to my standard bank account,
