Investment and reversal claim

Good morning I need your help, I made an investment claim at fnb last year in October every time I call them they say they will put this matter as urgent, but nothing is happening. Also in December last year I made 2reversal claims and I only received one, when I call them they say the same thing that they will put this matter as urgent. I am not happy at all. Please help me
