Investment account closed without Notice!!!!!

FNB investment account closed I am extremely disappointed with FNB’s service. My account was closed without any prior notification, and I only found out when I tried to access my funds and make a withdrawal. I had to call FNB myself to find out what was happening, and I was told that I need to go into the branch to reactivate my account.

I went to FNB Newtown and spent over an hour with the consultant and my account still remains closed.

This is completely unacceptable, as this account holds my funds. The lack of urgency and communication from FNB has caused me a major inconvenience and frustration. Why do I have to fight and go back and forth over my own funds? Why was my account even closed in the first place? I can't even access my own money.
