Investigator MIA

Last month, exactly 29 days today, my account was frozen due '*******' activity. After several discussions with the investigator (Dawid van Niekerk) - I submitted and affidavit and he told me he will investigate and get back to me. As I said its been 29 days and he has stopped communicating whatsover.

I have debit orders bouncing and am unable to do anything.

Should I just go directly to the Ombudsman because I am sure that some of my rights have been taken away here.
