Investigator in the ***** department

Good Day I have been waiting for a year for my funds to be released by FNB because of a ***** incident. The ***** incident has been resolved for almost a year as well. John Volmink is the investigator on my case. Absolutely worthless could not investigate how he got beach sand, in his pockets after coming from the beach. Has made no contact with me since this case has been opened. Every time the ***** department try’s to put me through to him after they checked if his available it goes straight to his voicemail but his available. I’ve made numerous attempts to get ahold of him even asking people at an FNB Branch to message him on Microsoft Teams, which he ignored. I expected so much better from FNB especially considering FNB brand’s its self as the number 1 bank in South Africa, I guess it’s not incorrect you are number 1 in taking our way. Helping us definitely not.
