Investigation on my account

Next month l will be paying my installment in full with Wesbank and before I do I want FNB to provide me with my account statement from the beginning till today. I have heard on the social media how FNB have been abusing and overcharging black clients and need to investigate. I advice by OMBUDSMAN to begin the process internally with FNB. When writing FNB email requesting my bank statement is like speaking to deaf ears and very shocking. I have been with this bank ever since and know how nagging when it comes to their credit but now all of a sudden are deaf. I need my account to be investigated for excessive charges
