***** investigation

Absolutely unacceptable way to deal in the ***** situation. Almost R12000 was taken from my account 1st March 2023. I reported this immediately and ***** case was open. I was told that investigator will contact me within 7-30 working days. Guess what? Nobody from FNB has been in contact with me since then. I managed to call them a few weeks ago but only to hear there is no news and they can't guarantee thst my money will be back. We have 3 accounts with FNB, two of them business. I am seriously thinking to move from FNB to another bank. Because this is not like bank supposed to deal in situations like mine
