Investigation department is terrible

I am trying to get my account uplifted. The inspector Mo...claimed he had sent my bank the documents and requested the upliftment as it was a misunderstanding. My bank said there was no email sent. When I try his email he does not answer when I try the investigation department they say he is busy. When I told a guy named J...that this inspector is not doing his job properly he told me straight that is your opinion. I tried their team leader and no response. Just to get through the investigation department it takes 2-3 hours . Fnb is the worst and unprofessional they do their work half way and have no care attitude I think everyone should leave Fnb and bank elsewhere.
