Investigating..in the mean time

Contacted FNB on the 28th of April re charges going off my credit card which I was not aware of. It is now the 2nd of May and charges are still being debited to the card while FNB investigates..apparently.

So the simple weay is to cancel the card and close the account As FNB is costing me money now without advising me who is debiting the card or else stopping the deductions
