Investigating an Account for more than 28days

If there was a negative for a rating, FNB will definitely get it. In January the blocked my account saying they are investigating my account and it will take 28 days, It is now November no response from them , everytime I call I am sent from pillar to post. Maybe my account will be investigated the day bafana Bafana win the world cup.
