Invest your tax free savings elsewhere
The service level within the savings and investment department of this bank is shocking. They show absolutely no regard for timelines and continued to make false promises when I requested the proof of transfer for my tax free account be sent to me. Full marks for retail banking, but do yourself a favour and find somewhere else to invest your wealth. Exhausting!!!
