Invalid ebuck vouchers for Sterkinekor

Feedback on invalid ebuck vouchers for STerkinekor I was phoned by Sumeer of ebucks said he would sort it out but still cant say why the vouchers were invalid. According to them it does work. I tried again today. It still does not work. Sumeer of ebucks, Gladwin of ebucks all no help at all. They cancelled the vouchers and they think the problem is solved but it is not. Why does ebucks not work with Sterkinekor vouchers? Be warned don't be fooled ebucks FNB don't offer what they promise.
