Intrest rate

I have been with FNB for 13years, I have asked for the first time ever if they could review my intrest rate on my credit card, they just declined and sayd 7.5 above prime is the best they can do on an intrest rate of 18% that's ridiculous there is other banks that are way lower then this. This makes me believe that other banks might just be better to go to and make some life changes. Thanx FNB for nothing looking after your own intrest and not your clients.
