Intrest Charged on Settled account

FNB To Whom this may concern. I'm I VIP Private banker at FNB an I have a revolving loan account that was settled in full on the 13 feb 2016, On the 1st of March 2016, Interest was deducted again from my account. Interest has already been calculated in the beginning of the month for that month. Why was money deliberately taken from my account without authorization nor notification. This feel to me like a case of *****. Not only has this happened to me but 2 twice with my wive as well. You should have a very good excuse or I this matter will be taken to attorneys. Besides this being the only time this has happened, I'm extremely satisfied with the FNB and all its services.
