On 15 Jan 2016 I contacted FNB ***** Dept at about 8.30am reporting monies had been withdrawn from my account on the 14th and early morning 15th. They froze all my accounts and I had to report case to police and send them all relevant docs including filling in a form they sent me. I duly did all this and was told it takes 3 weeks for FNB to investigate. The fist and only call I got from FNB was on the 4th of Feb from Forensics to ask a few questions and tell me that because cash was withdrawn I won't get my money back. I immediately objected to this and told the lady that I know banks have cover for such situations. She then said that she would need to investigate further and let me know.
I have subsequently e-mailed them on 26 Jan, 8 Feb and finally on 16 Feb and was told I would be contacted within 24 hours, which of course has not happened. I am truly disappointed in the terrible service FNB has given me as a client and I have been told that I cannot speak to anyone at Forensics I can only log a mail which is useless.
I also had ***** on STD Bank Acc, to which I received excellent service and ALL my money back including cash that had been withdrawn.
FNB GET IT TOGETHER!!
