internet banking statement has no names

Am at Forresthill City FNB to pull a proof of payment for a transaction i did in the week. I tried using the local Internet machine but ot doesn't show my details. Therefore i have to seat in a very long queue. I was hoping to walk in print and just go. But this, embarrassing to queue when i have access to internet banking.
