internet banking staff are useless waste of service fees

FNB please sort my internet banking profile out.

i have been calling the entire morning only chatting to ***********'s staff that know nothing,i am unable to go into a branch due to health reasons.

SORT IT OUT or i will move this last account to Stnadard Bank like we did with everything else so far
